Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwiftParcel platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
3. Use of the Service
SwiftParcel provides tools for transport and logistics operators to register, dispatch, track, deliver, and bill parcels, and to communicate with their customers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the goods being transported.
- Do not use the Service to ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items where not permitted.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not misuse customer data or send communications that violate anti-spam or privacy laws.
4. Wallet, Billing, and Fees
Certain features operate on a prepaid wallet model. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance to cover parcel, messaging, and other chargeable events. Fees are applied at the rates in effect at the time of each transaction. Except where required by law, wallet top-ups and consumed charges are non-refundable.
5. Customer Data and Communications
When you upload recipient details or send tracking notifications through the Service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents to do so. You remain the controller of your customers' data and are responsible for how you use it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by SwiftParcel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftParcel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
